Tarjumah was designed as a real-time translation tool to help you understand prayer and Qur'anic recitation more deeply. However, we recognised the audio or on-screen translation during obligatory prayers may become distracting & affect your focus in salah.

For this reason, we recommend using Tarjumah outside of the obligatory prayers and within the Sunnah or learning moments where reflection is encouraged. If audio feels disruptive, you can switch to our text-only mode, allowing you to follow the translation visually on your device while still receiving the full real-time translation.

Please also be mindful of other worshippers that may also find the audio-to-text feature distracting.

Our intention is to support understanding without interfering with peace, presence, and sincerity of your worship.

While every effort has been made to ensure Tarjumah provides accurate and meaningful translations, the arabic language, paticularly Qur'an Arabic carries depth, nuance and beauty that can be challanging to fully capture in other languages. For this reason we strongly encourage continued learning and study of Qur'anic Arabic alongside the use of this app.

Our intention is to foster a deeper spiritual connection and encourage reflection and grow iman.

The app is continuously improved and refined; however, variations in recitation styles, accents and delivery from audio systems may occasionally affect interpretation. Tarjumah, therefore, should be used as a learning and support aid, not to replace scholarly understanding.

Above all, our aim is to build iman in our ummah with sincerity and care while respecting the sacred Qur'an.

Our AI avatar removes that confusion by providing a clear, step-by-step visual guide to prayer, combined with recitation support so you can follow along with ease. Simply open the app, select the prayer you need to perform, and begin.

With your earphones in, the avatar demonstrates each movement while reciting, allowing you to learn at your own pace without pressure, confusion, or language barriers. It is designed to make Salah more accessible, understandable, and approachable for anyone beginning their journey in Islam.
